Poland Penal Law Provision, 16 December 1941

Order on Criminal Justice against Poles and Jews in the Integrated Eastern Territories.
Dated 4 December 1941.
1. Relevant Criminal Law
I.
(1) Poles and Jews in the Integrated Eastern Territories are to keep German laws and the orders issued to them by the German authorities. They are to refrain from any activity detrimental to the sovereignty of the German Reich and the standing of the German people.
(2) They will be punished with death if they commit any act of violence against a German because of his nationality.
II.
Poles and Jews will also be punished if they contravene German criminal law or commit an action deserving of sanction in accordance with the fundamental principle behind a German criminal law and the necessity of state in the Integrated Eastern Territories.
2. Criminal Proceedings
IV.
The State Prosecutor will prosecute criminal acts by Poles and Jews where he deems punishment to be necessary in the public interest.
