Article 1
Persons of full or partial Jewish blood and resident in the Occupied Dutch Territories are to register in accordance with the following conditions.
Article 2
(1) For the purpose of this order, a person is to be regarded as of full or partial Jewish blood if he is descended from just one grandparent fully of the Jewish race.
(2) A grandparent is automatically deemed to be a full Jew if he or she belongs or belonged to a Jewish religious community.
Article 3
(1) Should doubts arise as to whether a person is to be considered of full or partial Jewish blood as per article 2, the Reich Commissioner for the Occupied Dutch Territories or an authority appointed by him shall decide on application.
(2) Those entitled to apply are:
1) all German offices in the Occupied Dutch Territories;
2) the registration authority;
3) the affected party.
