Businessman with degree in engineering, joined Nazi party and SS, 1929, promoted to SS Senior Colonel [Oberführer] 1940, driver for Heinrich Himmler, 1929-1932, official in the Chancellery of the Führer, 1934, chief of Central Office II, 1936, in charge of implementation of the Nazi T4 euthanasia program, 1939, service with Waffen SS, August 1942, convicted by the United States Military Tribunal at Nuremberg and executed at Landsberg Prison, June 1948.
