Underground organisation founded at the Białystok ghetto in November 1942, organised escapes from the ghetto, obtained weapons and prepared to fight the Germans, attacked German troops in the ghetto starting from January 1943, initiated an uprising in the ghetto in the face of its final "dissolution" in August 1943, but it collapsed after a few days of isolated resistance, and both its leaders, Mordechaj Tenenbaum (Tanenbaum) and Daniel Moszkowicz, committed suicide.
