Foto Birgit MarzinkaBirgit Marzinka holds postgraduate degrees in geography (Lic./Dipl.) and media education (MA). Since 1997 she has worked as a consultant and trainer in media education, historical, civic and intercultural education for children, young people and adults. Her current interests are educational portals, learning through digital media, the virtual learning environment Moodle, blended learning, training courses for adults and projects for young people. She also directs the web portal zeitzeugengeschichte.de, which focuses on oral history. He has worked as an author for haGalil onLine and is a freelance consultant and trainer for the working group “Berliner Arbeitskreis Konfrontationen”. Since December 2006, he has coordinated the educational policy network “Task Force: Education on Antisemitism” in the Berlin office of the American Jewish Committee. His interests are antisemitism past and present, the Middle East conflict, cultures of memory and remembrance, seminars on National Socialism and oral history interviews. Christian Geissler-JagodzinskiChristian Geissler-Jagodzinski, is currently completing his teaching qualification in special education and politics; since 2001 freelance consultant on civic education for young people and adults with a focus on twentieth-century history, educational services at memorial sites, anti-discrimination education, human rights education and methodology in civic education.
