Dr. Katharina Trittel studied German Philology, Medieval and Modern History,Cultural Anthropology/European Ethnology and received her doctorate in Medieval and Modern History from the Faculty of Philosophy at the Georg-August University of Göttingen. She worked for many years as a researcher at the Göttingen Institute for Democracy Research and at the Research and Documentation Centre for the Analysis of Political and Religious Extremisms in Lower Saxony (FoDEx).
