Organizer: Forum for Dialogue is the oldest Polish non-profit dedicated to improving Polish/Jewish relations. Through our work in Poland and international outreach we bring together people who are shaping the future of Polish/Jewish dialogue. Since 1998, Forum has worked in Poland to foster interest in local Jewish history and heritage, educate about antisemitism, and build civil society by means of dedicated programs for activists, educators, and students, as well as leaders of public opinion, experts and scholars. We are providing them with educational and networking opportunities, as well as grants and scholarships which impact the scope of the work they do. In 2023 we have combined our international and local efforts by creating the Forum for Dialogue Network.
Towards Networks for Dialogue: Multiperspective Strategies on Combatting Antisemitism at Local Levels is a two-year project that began in April 2024, co-run by an international consortium of three institutions: Forum for Dialogue (Poland), House of the Wannsee Conference – A Memorial and Educational Site (Germany), and Ecorys Polska (Poland). Funded by a grant awarded within the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values program set up by the European Commission, it connects individuals and institutions combatting antisemitism by working directly with local communities in Poland and Germany to form networks that provide support and sustainability.
